In our daily life, no one will pay attention to the metal labels which are usually sewn on garments, bags and shoes. In fact, these labels are in wide range of using in our career and life. Generally, most of these labels are made in Zinc alloy "die casting", and then plated colors. And also there are many other materials, such as stainless, silver, aluminum and real gold ect. Different material can be plated in different colors, and this process can be done according to someone’s requests.

Different material will suit different plating techniques. For the alloy material, it usually uses liquid plating technics to make the metal labels. The color can be various, such as gold, silver, anti-brass, dark silver, copper, brass ect. There are two methods to plate the labels in liquid, one is hanging, and the other is roller. For hanging, it means that all the labels should be hanged one by one, and then plate the color. For the roller, it means all the labels will be put into a container and then plate the color, it likes the washing machine.

For the stainless steel material, usually it is used the vacuum plating technics to make the metal labels. And the material of color is also very special. If someone needs gold color, the material should be IP gold. The IP gold is much better than normal gold material, it is resistant to corrosion or oxidation very well, and by using vacuum plating technics, the color can be wear-resistant and stay more than 3 years. For example, the metal chain of watch, which is made in stainless steel material and it is with vacuum plating technics. And everyone knows that the color of watch chain can be stay very well without any fade for many years, what ever it is in the water.
