What's your Minimum order?

Our minimum order q'ty depends on product variety.
For normal items like barcode ticket, Woven label, Printed label, PVC label, Leather patch, embroidery badge,woven/Printed tape and so on, the M.O.Q is 5,000pcs or Meter.
Hangtag: 10,000pcs
Plastic/Metal seal: 10,000pcs
Hanger: 2,000pcs (some special one may require more q'ty)

What is your normal production time?

The normal production time for Hangtag, woven label, printed label, PVC label,Leather patch, embroidery, woven/printed tape is 7~10 days.
For special item like plastic seal and hangers, the lead time is a little longer as mold making is required. Normally first order for plastic seal takes around 15 ~20 days and repeated order around 10 days.
Plastic Hangers takes 30~40 days.
Of course, different cases or products require different production time. Feel free to send the design for us to estimate. Rush service might be available under certain circumstances.

How can I get a sample? And what's your sample policy?

If you just need similar sample for quality evaluation, we can send our catalog or brochure to you directly; If you need sample of your own design, Pls provide the artwork with below details included:

1> Material
2> Dimension
3> Color (Pantone no. would be best)
4> Technics / special requiremnet (Like glossy/matte film coating, Foil stamping, HF embossment, laser/heat cutting, Seal coating etc.)

With above informations, we will make artwork and advise quotation for your approval. Upon receipt of your confirmation, we would process sample immediately. Normal products takes around 7 days, others 10~15 days if mold making is requested(like plastic/metal seal, button, metal label,etc) Then we send actual sample out if scanned copy was approved ok.
According to our sample policy, the freight should be afforded by customers. So an collect account is needed before that if you have any cooperated courier.

What formats of graphic files can you open?

We are able to open all common formats of graphic files, such as cdr, ai, psd,pdf, jpeg, gif, bmp, tiff, and more. And, we can expand compressed files such as zip and rar.

What's you price term?

The term is EXW, not include freight or any extra charge.

How to place an order?

(1)New orders can be placed through e-mail, couriers, or fax with clear information of quantity, size, colors, and other specs, such as material, backing, accessories, Special effect and so on, an artwork or existing samples would be best.

(2) Repeat orders may be placed online, We keep a actual sample and detailed data of each item from first order. We give each regular customer a sole user name and password to login in our online order system. There you can place order and check if the order was received ok very conveniently.
